Married to a duty-free employee, Akouvi is 30 years old and a mother of three; two of the children attend school.
To help her spouse with the family's expenses, she has been retailing second-hand clothes and jewelry door-to-door since 2007. With profit, she will be able to open a shop to display her wares, and to contribute to the family's well being. She launched her business in 2007.
