Jose de 31 años de edad vive junto a su esposa y su hijo en casa de un familiar, el es un hombre muy responsable quien siempre está en miras de mejorar su estabilidad económica. El trabaja en su propia panadería en la que elabora pan francés y pan dulce, el cual elabora el solo a primeras horas de la madrugada para poder venderlo antes del desayuno, que es cuando las personas más lo consumen al igual que en la cena. El solicita un préstamo a INTEGRAL, para contar con la ayuda necesaria para invertir en la compra de harina, levadura, manteca, latas y todo lo necesario para poder producir más. Este proyecto de mejoramiento para su panadería es muy importante para el puesto que así mejorará su calidad de vida y la de su familia
