Juan Pablo
Juan lives in a rural area of the Tiraque province. He is very responsible and hard-working, and makes a living in farming with his father. Juan does not have a very good financial situation: he does not have much money and he does not own a house but instead lives in his father's. Juan is single and has no dependents. He works hard in his farming and cattle-raising work. To carry out these activities he has to hire temporary workers from the neighbourhood, to sow and harvest goods. For sowing crops, Juan uses his own cattle, and he has a tractor for preparing the land. As he does not have much money, Juan needs to take out a loan in order to buy organic manure (hen droppings), potato seeds and bovine cattle to increase his income and to improve his quality of life.
