Rosa es una joven de 26 años de edad, madre soltera, con una hija, originaria del Municipio de Somotillo, se caracteriza por ser una joven honrada, inteligente, social, responsable en su trabajo y su familia, con muchos deseos de superación, se desempeña como maestra de primaria desde hace 6 años, manifiesta que a pesar de los tropiezos que ha pasado a sabido salir adelante por su hija que es su inspiración y la que la motiva, por lo que se presento a Ceprodel a solicitar un crédito para la compra de materiales, cemento, bloques, madera, zinc etc., para la construcción de un cuarto de habitación y poder brindarle a su hija un techo digno donde vivir, así mismo mejorar su calidad de vida y la de su pequeña.
