Umaru previously received a loan of Le 2,000,000.00 from Kiva through SMT, a loan he repaid successfully. That loan helped him a lot by enabling him to increase the size of his business and the profit he makes.
Umaru is now seeking a loan of Le 3,500,000.00 to further improve his business. With this loan, he will travel to Freetown to buy more commodities at cheaper prices. In this way, he will be able to maximize his profit and improve his family's standard of living.
