Noel is a 29-year-old fisherman from the community of Talibon, Bohol. He is married with three children ages 1-7. For eight years now, he has relied on fishing to provide for his family. He is asking for a loan of 19,000 PHP to buy rice, fuel, plywood, crude oil, a flashlight and a diving mask.
Noel is determined to look after his livelihood and to continue expanding to better provide for his family. In the future, he hopes to be successful in sending his children to school.
