Adjo P. was born May 1, 1958 in Atakpame the largest town in Togo’s plateau region. She is married and the mother of six children. By way of employment, Adjo makes and sells fruit juice in the market in Agoe. She purchases lemons, pineapple, and oranges in Kpalime at a lower price than available in Lome. Since she went into business in 1993, she has always made a profit, but of late with the high cost of living she has not the means to buy ingredients to continue her business. Dame P. Adjo est née le 1er mai 1958 à Atakpamé le chef-lieu de la région des plateaux au Togo. Elle est mariée et mère de six enfants. Elle a pour activité, la fabrication et la vente du jus de fruit dans le marché d’Agoè. Elle achète les fruits de citron, d’ananas, d’orange à kpalimé à un prix inférieur par rapport aux prix de vente à Lomé.
Cette activité qu’elle a commencée depuis 1993 lui rapporte toujours de bénéfice sauf que ces derniers temps le phénomène de la vie chère fait qu’elle ne dispose pas d’éléments pour continuer son activité.
Ce premier crédit qu’elle sollicite lui permettra d’acheter 5 sacs de sucre en poudre et 20 sacs de gingembre.
