Nsimire is 44 years old, married and mother of 2 children, 1 of whom still attends school while the other has completed their studies.

Nsimire is a beverage wholesaler. She sets up her wares at a rest stop on one of the main roads in her town. She began her business with capital from her husband. Later, she received a loan from IMF Hekima. She has been in business for 13 years. Her husband is a door-to-door seller.

This new loan will allow Nsimire to purchase 50 cases of sweetened Fanta, 100 cases of beer such as Primus, Miitzing, etc. With this, she hopes to increase her capital and educate and feed her children. In closing, Nsimire very gratefully thanks Hekima for their support of autonomy for small business owners who are left out of the traditional banking system, especially during this difficult time of conflict in the eastern part of the country.

La cliente Nsimire est une brave commerçante trésorière et membre du groupe d’affaires «Staff la frontière», senior entrepreneur, dynamique, âgée de 44 ans, marié et mère de 2 enfants, dont 1 étudie et 1 autre a terminé ses études. La cliente est vendeuse en gros de boissons. Elle installe sa marchandise dans un dépôt relais sur la route secondaire de la ville. Elle commença ses affaires avec le premier capital reçu de son mari. Plus tard, elle bénéficia le prêt de l’IMF Hekima. Il y a 13 ans qu’elle exerce cette activité. Son conjoint est un commerçant ambulatoire. Ce nouveau prêt va la servir d’acheter 50 caisses de Fanta sucré, 100 caisses de bière Primus, Miitzing, etc. Ainsi, elle souhaite accroitre son capital, scolariser et nourrir ses enfants. Au finish, elle remercie fortement Hekima pour l’autonomisation des petits entrepreneurs exclus du système bancaire classique, surtout; pendant ce moment difficile post conflits dans la région de l’Est du pays.

HEKIMA is a microfinance institution headquartered in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), with branch offices in Goma and Bukavu. HEKIMA aims to contribute to the transformation of the economic, social, and spiritual lives of the economically active poor of the DRC. To this end, HEKIMA provides its clients with solidarity group loans to support income-generating activities. Despite ongoing instability and violence in its operating areas, HEKIMA continues to keep its doors open and provide credit and savings services for its over 90% female clientele.
