У Тынарбека - среднее образование, в качестве основного дохода для своей семьи Тынарбек занимается полеводством и животноводством, стартовав 8 лет назад, с 20,000 сом KGS. Благодаря упорному труду Тынарбека, на сегодняшний день имеется: 2 дойные коровы, 2 овцы, парник расположен на территории дома, также имеется земельная доля, на которой ежегодно выращивает арбуз, хлопок, кукурузу для внутрихозяйственного потребления и реализации. Ежемесячный совокупный доход составляет 9,000 сом (KGS). В целях дальнейшего развития своего хозяйства, Тынарбек обратился в Банк "Бай-Тушум" за кредитом для закупа высококачественных семян арбузов, хлопка, кукурузы для посевных работ и удобрений для обработки земли. Тынарбек намерен получить хороший урожай, что непременно приведет к увеличению капитала семьи. Доходы от кредита Тынарбек планирует вложить в приумножение количества домашней скотины, и планирует накопить средства на покупку грузовой автомашины.
