Yecenia
Yecenia is 20 years old. She grew up along a rural path. At present, she is in charge of her grandmother, who is 75 years old and requires care, since her children don't live in the city of Bogota. Yecenia is a woman with a strong desire to get ahead.

Currently, she is paying for her studies through a work scholarship, but due to caring for her grandmother, she can't continue receiving this great aid offered by the institution at Campo Alto. Her life has not been easy so far. Yecenia had the opportunity to study and advance to obtain a better quality of life, but now her parents lack the financial resources to cover this semester's costs.

It would sadden her not to be able to continue studying, since she wants to advance her parents, since the family lacks a stable economic situation.

Yecenia has lived in Bogota for 3 years now and since arriving, she has struggled to advance her level of education. She lives with her grandmother, but now economic shortages are a problem. She has the opportunity, offered by the school, of a good level of education such as Campo Alto provides. The school still offers her an opportunity to study and get ahead, becoming trained, and Yecenia wishes to continue her studies in the health area.
