Hripsime lives in Sardarapat village with her husband and two sons. The whole family besides Hripsime's little son has been engaged in farming. Hripsime's little son is a student studying at a local university.
The farm that the family owns includes livestock (cows, calves, pig and piglets) and arable land where wheat and tomatoes are cultivated. In the village there is a high unemployment rate, but a farm business helps the family have some stable income. They sell the gathered harvest at nearby markets and gather income for the family's living expenses.
Hripsime has now applied for this loan of $1,500 to be able to purchase seeds and fertilizer for land cultivation, and to cover fuel costs. This will be a huge financial support for this family's farm, and Hripsime waits for lenders' support.
