Né en 1983 à Lomé, monsieur A. Kalabi Elom est un jeune dynamique qui est né dans une famille dans laquelle la plus part de personne sont des commerçants. Après avoir quitté, les bancs scolaires, il s’est lancé dans la vente des cartes de recharge. Il est revendeur ambulant et vend de quartier en quartier. Avec cette activité, il arrive à satisfaire ses besoins quotidiens.
Alors il a toujours une ambition qui est d’agrandir ce commerce pour vendre en gros afin de réaliser des choses autre que de se nourrir seulement.
A cet effet il sollicite ce premier crédit pour acheter 2 petits cartons de cartes de recharges.
