Es integrante de la ventanilla Manzanapamba está formada por 10 socios que son de la misma comunidad los cuales se dedican a la agricultura, se encuentra ubicada a 30 minutos de la oficina operativa Guaranda.
Segundo es agricultor, siembra papas, también se dedica a la venta de leche. Solicita el crédito para compra de una vaca con lo que desea aumentar la producción de leche. La compra la realiza en Riobamba cada 15 días y vende cada 6 meses en Guaranda. Su meta es mejorar sus posibilidades económicas y obtener una caja para hacer quesos prensados. Su desafío es la lluvia y la ceniza volcánica. En su tiempo libre le gusta hacer deporte, la costumbre que más le gusta es el carnaval.
