Meet 45-year-old Mariama from Waterloo2, a western, rural area in Freetown. She is married with one child, who is one year old.
In 2006, Mariama established her pharmacy business. She began her business because she wanted to create income for her daily living. She works at the business eight hours per day and six days per week. She says that at present her business is doing well.
Mariama requires a loan in order to buy more medical drugs for resale. She hopes that the extra income from this loan will allow her to take care of her family's welfare and increase her business. In the future, Mariama plans to open a big pharmacy shop.
She thanks you for your support.
