She belongs to a poor family. Her husband’s income is very poor so she decided to start embroidery work at home. She had been learning this art in her childhood and now she adopted it for her occupation.
She enabled herself to be independent and earn sufficient income. She requested a loan from Kiva’s field partner BRAC Pakistan to purchase a stock of thread, silk, fancy, sequins, and pearls of various colours.
