Olga's 44 years old and the single mother of a young son. She finished elementary school with a lot of sacrifice and dedication. She also got a diploma as a professional seamstress. Her parents supported her up to that point, then she had to find a way to get ahead on her own. Her parents taught her the art of agriculture and ranching from a young age.
Olga has been very persevering on behalf of her little boy, who fills her with happiness. She has had to strive very hard to be able to give him a better life so he'll be a great professional full of values and principles, which she has instilled in him since he was little.
Olga built her house with a lot of effort, happiness, and pride when her mother left her a small piece of land. Unfortunately Olga hasn't been able to finish building because she lacks the money. This is why she's requesting a loan, which she saw as a way to help finish building her modest home and improve her quality of life and her son's.
Olga's grateful to Fundación Alternativa in Ecuador and to Kiva for making her personal and business growth possible.
