Katin is a divorced woman from Brnakot village of the Syuniq region. She lives with her retired parents and has been running a farm for 16 years. The farm currently includes 4 cows, 14 chickens and some calves. She also cultivates wheat, potatoes and cabbage. Near the house where Katin and her parents live, they also own a beautiful orchard where nut, apple and pear trees are grown. As agribusiness is the only source of income for this family, Katin works hard to produce a good harvest and provide normal living conditions for her parents.
By applying for this loan Katin asks for financial support to be able to purchase 3 calves and livestock forage. This will help her enlarge her farm and she will be very grateful to Kiva lenders for their support.
