The “NEVADITAS DE SENKATA communal bank has started their 9th cycle with Pro Mujer, as part of the Senkata regional office. It is composed of 8 members lead by a board of directors with Maricela as the President. The members businesses are varied, amongst them are: the sale of underwear, selling CDs, a beauty salon, selling sheets and the sale of vests.

The loan will benefit all these micro-entrepreneurs, Maricela included. She says that she joined Pro Mujer 7 years ago on the invitation of her mother who is a member of the institution. Her business is selling clothing. She learned about this business observing the products that were being sold in the markets.

The loan she is requesting is to increase her capital (buying clothing wholesale) which she will buy in the markets of the city of Oruro and later sell in her commercial space. This form of work allows her to generate resources to support her family as she lives with her common-law partner and has a child. When asked what she liked about Pro Mujer she replied that she enjoys the loans that the institute's personnel offer.

La A.C. “NEVADITAS DE SENKATA” iniciará el décimo octavo ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Senkata, está compuesta por ocho integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Maricela es la Presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: venta de ropa interior, venta de CD´s, salón de belleza, venta de sábanas, venta de chalecos.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Maricela es integrante, ella indica que hace siete años que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por la invitación de su madre que es socia de la institución. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio venta de ropa; da a conocer que este negocio lo emprendió por iniciativa al observar que los productos que tiene son comerciales en las ferias.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de ropa por mayor) que adquirirá de las ferias de la ciudad de Oruro y posteriormente lo comercializara en su espacio de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar a su familia, ya que ella vive en concubinato y tiene un hijo.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el crédito que ofrece el personal de la institución.
