Cordellia is 35 years old and is married with three children. She lives in Benin City, where she sells drinks and table water. She learned the business from her uncle and started her own shop in 2006.
Cordellia says that her business is good but it takes a lot of work. She is open six days a week from 6 am to 6 pm. She does this so that she can afford her family's basic living expenses. Cordellia is asking for a loan of $425 to enable her to buy more drinks and table water to sell to her thirsty customers.
