Doña Jacinta tiene 47 años de edad, su grado de estudios es de primaria completa, madre de dos hijos quienes son mayores de edad y ayudan a sus padres en las diferentes actividades de campo que son llevadas a cabo diariamente. Con su propio esfuerzo junto a su compañero de hogar con quien tiene 30 años de casada compraron una propiedad para poder empezar a trabajar de forma independiente y evitar trabajar para otras personas a cambio de un sueldo o un pago. Desde muy temprana edad ella aprendió a trabajar en el rubro del café ya que sus padres son agricultores y le enseñaron que esencial para que ella pudiese aprender y trabajar algún día lo propio. Sus clientes son los diferentes habitantes de la zona, intermediarios, bodegas entre otros que ayudan a que su producto pueda salir de su propiedad a muy buen precio.
Doña Jacinta tiene como meta mejorar el estado de sus cultivos de café comprando más tierra y sembrando una mayor cantidad ya que de esa forma ella podrá mejorar sus ingresos y así seguir comprando más propiedades para heredar a sus hijos. Como Madre apoyar a sus hijos para que puedan cumplir sus sueños y puedan tener un patrimonio digno. Por lo que hoy día ella solicita financiamiento para comprar abono, foliares, fertilizantes para dar asistencia y mantenimiento a sus cultivos de café ya que de esa manera ella podrá aprovechar al máximo el tiempo y podrá sacarle provecho a su inversión.
