Castinaldo

Castinaldo is seeking a loan of 1,000 nuevos soles from Edpyme Alternativa to purchase fertilizers to grow corn. This will allow him to offer his customers a good crop at a better price.

Castinaldo tiene 42 años de edad, vive junto a su esposa e hijos en el Caserío La Mina una zona rural del distrito de Querocotillo, una comunidad con relieve accidentado lo que le ha permitido desarrollarse mediante la agricultura, su población también se dedica a la ganadería y comercio, ubicada en la Provincia de Cutervo que pertenece a la Región Cajamarca, sierra norte del Perú.


El junto a su familia se dedican a la agricultura especialmente al cultivo de maíz amarillo desde hace diez años, también se dedican a la crianza de ganado vacuno lechero ofertando la leche en su domicilio a vecinos y de más clientes.


Castinaldo ha solicitado un préstamo a Edpyme Alternativa de 1 000 nuevos soles para la compra de abono para su cultivo de maíz y de esta manera ofrecer a sus clientes una producción oportuna a un mejor precio.

This product was created to assist Edpyme Alternativa to expand their reach into rural areas of Northern Peru in order to attend more underserved populations. Kiva funding allows the institution to access the Northern areas of the Piura, Lambayeque, and Cajamarca regions, which are generally too costly to serve and therefore less attended by financial institutions.
