Oun, a mother of six children, is 56 years old and a local villager from Battambang province’s Moung Russey district. She is a rice and pineapple farmer on two hectares of land. It is her main source of income. She has been a farmer for many years.
Oun is the former borrower who has taken three past loans with VisionFund( Kiva’s partner) with a successful repayment history.
Now, Oun is seeking 2,000,000 KHR to buy fertilizer for her pineapple plantation and to buy more pineapple seedlings for growing. Oun hope she will gain a good yield, better than in the past.
