Sopheang is 38 years old, living with her husband and four children in a rural village of the Koh Sotin district. Weaving mats is the main source of her family’s income and her husband has been fishing to better support her family. The current business earns her about USD 10 per day to meet the family’s needs.
This is Sopheang's first loan with VisionFund Cambodia. Sopheang is applying for a loan to buy cotton and fabrics to support her business. She hopes to earn more income from her current business, so as to improve her living.
