Vilma is a 52 year old married lady, mother of five children, who are all independent. She is originally from "Mina (Mine) La India", municipality of Santa Rosa del Peñón. As its name shows, it is a mining place, where gold exploitation for sale is its main activity. Vilma has taught elementary school for more than thirty years, a profession that has allowed her to prepare her children professionally. Currently she takes care of two grandchildren, which she does to help one of her daughters who is working outside the town. Vilma went to the Ceprodel office for the first time requesting a loan from Kiva to buy medicine and pay for ultrasound exams, so she can improve her health because she has not been feeling well lately. Her main goal is to get better to continue performing well in her job and help her children as long as God gives her life.

Vilma es una señora de 52 años, casada, madre de cinco hijos todos independientes, originaria de Mina La India del municipio de Santa Rosa del Peñón. Como su nombre lo dice es un lugar minero donde explota el oro para su comercialización lo cual en este lugar es la actividad principal.
Doña Vilma se dedica a impartir clases de primaria desde hace más de treinta años profesión que le ha permitido preparar profesionalmente a sus hijos. En este momento tiene a cargo dos nietos lo cual lo hace para ayudar a una de sus hijas que se encuentra laborando fuera del lugar.
Doña Vilma se presentó por primera vez a la oficina de Ceprodel en busca de un financiamiento de los inversionistas de Kiva para compra de medicamentos y realización de ultrasonidos, con el fin de mejorar su salud porque últimamente se ha sentido mal.
Su objetivo principal es mejorar si le apoyan con este crédito para rendir mejor en su trabajo y que sus hijos puedan contar con ella mientras Dios le presta vida.
