Yeimy Solangie
Yeimy Solangie is an enterprising young woman with great expectations for her professional life. Her goal is to be licensed in psychology and childhood education, although she does not have the financial resources to do so. However, she was given the opportunity to study in the Campo Alto institute in their Early Childhood Care program, which has given her a lot of knowledge and information for her career, enriching her personally and professionally.

She knows that the training has been very valuable because in the work field, she will be able to relate to the children and the education community. For these reasons, she wishes to continue at the institution, but the costs have led her to resort to the agreement that Campo Alto has that provides help to students to continue their educations.

About CampoAlto

CampoAlto is a for-profit education institute that offers a variety of classes to students from socially or economically marginalized groups, including women, ethnic minorities, displaced populations, disabled individuals, and those living below the poverty line. Kiva funding is being used to pay tuition for students who couldn’t otherwise afford to attend classes.

Because CampoAlto’s core business is not purely microfinance, there is some level of additional risk for lenders. For this reason, Kiva has not assigned the institute a risk rating.
