La Alegria [Happiness] is a group which is now in its third cycle, thanks to the work of all of the members, who are women who are heads of their families. They strive to get ahead and help their loved ones through their work. Norma is the president of the group. She is an artisan, making all kinds of decorative items from recycled materials such as newspaper and wire. She lives in her own house with her husband, who drives a taxi truck. The couple has two children, for whose sake they are both working hard to get ahead in life. La Alegria es un grupo que gracias al trabajo de todas ya está en su tercer ciclo, son mujeres jefas de familia, que luchan por salir adelante y ayudar a sus seres queridos por medio de ese trabajo.
La Sra. Norma es la presidenta del grupo ella es artesana, realiza todo tipo de elementos decorativos con material reciclado como diarios y alambres, ella vive en casa propia con su marido quien cuenta con un taxi carga, la pareja tiene 2 hijos, por quienes ambos se están esforzando por salir adelante.
Ella pide este préstamo para poder invertirlo en la compra de sus elementos para seguir haciendo sus artesanías, y de esa forma tener más clientes para poder seguir creciendo.
