Dalam menghadapi situasi ekonomi yang semakin sulit seperti sekarang ini Ni Ketut Astuti tidak patah semangat, walaupun dihadapkan pada kenyataan yang sulit, Ni Ketut Astuti wajib membantu suaminya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga sehari-hari dan juga membiayai kedua anaknya yang masih duduk di bangku pendidikan yaitu SMU dan SD. Bersama suaminya, Ni Ketut Astuti berusaha untuk mengembangkan usaha peternakan Penggemukan Babi yang selama ini sudah mereka jalani. Usaha ini sudah lama mereka jalani sekitar 10 tahun yang lalu dan sekarang ini dalam satu periode pemeliharaan mereka memelihara 4 ekor penggemukan yang akan di panen 5 bulan kemudian dengan keuntungan sekitar Rp. 800.000,- sd Rp. 1.000.000,- dan usaha ini selalu dilakukan secara bertahap. Dalam menjalankan usahanya Ni Ketut Astuti mengaku sering kekurangan modal untuk membeli pakan. Dengan kemudahan yang didapat dari Dinari melalui pembinaan dan pinjaman Modal Usaha sebesar Rp. 5.000.000,- dengan jangka waktu pinjaman selama 6 bulan dan pembayarannya dilakukan setelah akhir periode Pemeliharaan maka Ni Ketut Astuti lebih bersemangat lagi untuk mengembangkan usahanya dan dia sangat yakin bahwa usahanya kedepan akan lebih baik sehingga ekonomi keluarganya juga bisa lebih baik.
