Mumtaz, age 53, is a responsible mother living in a congested house with a huge family in the area of Lahore, Pakistan. She is the mother of six children.

She is taking loan for her son. He is a hawker by profession and sells hair oil via bicycle in the streets of his home town. His current stock of hair oil has depleted and he does not have cash in hand to buy fresh stock to sell. Therefore, Mumtaz requested a loan for her son so that he can buy hair oils to sell.

She hopes that her son will contribute for household expenses. Her dream is to pass her old age in peace and calm.

She is very thankful to Kiva and field partner BRAC Pakistan.
