It is made up of eight members, and is led by an executive committee of which Delfina is the president. The businesses that the members of the communal association operate are varied, among others: selling athletic shoes, carpentry, selling lamb meat, driving, selling baby clothes, weaving, making jackets, a mechanic shop, and selling shoes. The loan that is being taken will benefit small microbusiness owners such as Delfina. She says that she joined Pro Mujer five years ago, after having been invited by a friend who is a member of the group. She now has a business weaving and selling leggings. She says that she learned this business on her own initiative several years ago, as a means of earning income. The loan will be used to increase her capital (by buying looms and wool) that she will acquire from stores in the city of La Paz and then install in her work space. This type of work allows her to earn income to help support her family, as she lives in a common-law relationship and has three children. When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, she responded that she likes the training that is provided by the organization.

La A.C. “LAS TRIUNFADORAS” iniciará el sexto ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Collpani, está compuesta por ocho integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Delfina es la Presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: venta de tenis, carpintería, venta de carne de cordero, servicio de conducción, venta de ropa de bebe, tejido de busos, confección de chamarras, taller mecánico, venta de zapatos.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Delfina es integrante, ella indica que hace cinco años que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por la invitación de su amiga que es socia de la institución. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de tejido y venta de polainas; da a conocer que este negocio lo aprendió por iniciativa propia hace varios años y lo implemento como fuente de generación de recursos económicos.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de máquinas de tejer y lana) que adquirirá de los tiendas de la ciudad de La Paz y posteriormente lo instalará en su espacio de trabajo. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para mantener en lo posible a su hogar, ya que ella vive en unión libre y tiene tres hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta las el área de capacitación que le ofrece la institución.
