The communal association "CRECER" will start its first cycle at Pro Mujer as part of the Centro Focal de German Busch. The group has eight members and a management team where Julia is the president. The businesses represented are varied and include: "macramé" (fabric made with knots) craftsmanship, sport shoes' making, sale of wool, jackets' dressmaking, sale of food and sale of clothing.

The loan will benefit small microentrepreneurs, including Julia. She has been with Pro Mujer for a year after being invited by a consultant that visited her at her home. She currently owns a sports clothing dressmaking business. She started it several years ago when, after the arrival of her first son, she decided to build her own work space. She will use the loan to increase capital (buy fabric in the factories of El Alto) so that she can make the product and sell it in her showroom. This is how she obtains resources for her family. She lives with her partner and two children.

When asked about Pro Mujer, she says she likes the opportunities and medical services offered by the institution.

La A.C. “CRECER” iniciará el primer ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de German Busch, está compuesta por ocho integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Julia es la Presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: artesana en macramé, confección de deportivos, venta de lana, costura de chamarras, venta de comida, venta de ropa.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Julia es integrante, ella indica que hace un año que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por la invitación de una asesora de la institución que fue a visitarle a su domicilio. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio costura de ropa deportiva; da a conocer que este negocio lo emprendió hace varios años de los trabajos anteriores, posteriormente a su primer hijo decide emprender su propio espacio de trabajo.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de telas) que adquirirá en las fábricas de la ciudad de El Alto y posteriormente a la elaboración lo comercializará en su espacio de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para mantener a su familia ya que ella vive en unión libre y tiene dos hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta las capacitaciones y el servicio médico que le ofrece la institución.
