Faustino is a 41-year-old seaweed farmer living in Talibon, Philippines. For more than ten years now, he has been in the seaweed farming business. He works hard to support his family - a wife and their four children ages 6-16. He is asking for a loan of 6,000 PHP to buy plastic rope, fuel and wooden stakes.
In the future, Faustino hopes to further improve his business and maybe invest in a more lucrative venture.
He also aims to educate his children for their brighter future and have some savings.
