Nancy is 32 years old and a single mother of a child of 8 years, who goes to a school in the city. She does not have a house of her own and thus lives with her parents, with whom she shares household costs. Her parents do own their house. Nancy has been working at the canteen at a school for the past year and selling jewellery for two years. She sells her wares to her friends as well as door-to-door in the city. She will use the loan to buy more merchandise and make her business grow. Her goal is to learn a profession, which motivated her to start studying in order to become a preschool aide.

El grupo crédito Niño de Praga está conformado por 6 mujeres quienes viven en la ciudad de Cuenca, ciudad que es reconocida por su belleza arquitectónica, la misma que le dio el nombre de Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad, esta bañada por 4 ríos, su geografía es accidentada y cuenta con varios lugares para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Las socias son mujeres emprendedoras quienes trabajan muy duro cada día para mejorar la estabilidad económica de sus hogares y así ofrecerles a sus hijos y familias un mejor porvenir, aun mantienen la cultura y tradiciones de sus pueblos.
Una de las socias de este grupo es la Señora Nancy, se encuentra realizando su tercer crédito a lado de sus amigas y compañeras del grupo de crédito Niño de Praga, le gusta este tipo de crédito por la unión de todas sus amigas y porque en cada reunión tienen la oportunidad de conversar de muchos temas y comparten experiencias vividas.
La Señora Nancy tiene 32 años de edad, es madre soltera de un niño de 8 años que está estudiando en una escuelita de la ciudad, no tiene casa propia por lo que vive en casa de sus padres con quienes comparte los gastos de su hogar, la casa es propia.
Doña Nancy labora en la atención de un bar de una escuelita desde hace 1 año y desde hace 2 años se dedica a la venta de bisutería, este mercadería les vende a sus amigas y recorriendo la ciudad puerta a puerta.
El dinero de su crédito va a invertir en la compra de bisutería y así crecer más en este negocio. Su meta es ser una profesional ya que va a estudiar Parvulario.
