El Grupo de Crédito Virgen Del Mar se reúne cada 15 días en el hermoso balneario de San Mateo en la ciudad de Manta, conocido por sus hermosas playas que son muy visitadas en toda época del año por turistas nacionales y extranjeros, en este lugar la mayoría de los habitantes se dedica a la pesca y a las faenas del mar.
En este lugar vive la señora Ana, tiene 32 años de edad, está casada y de esta relación tienen dos hijos 9 y 4 años, la mayor estudia en escuela. Su esposo se dedica a la pesca.
Doña Ana tiene una tienda de víveres en su casa, allí vende productos como arroz, azúcar, aceites, detergentes, entre otras cosas, a pesar de que su tienda es pequeña sus clientes consiguen de todo, trabaja todos los días desde las 6h00 hasta las 20h00 y a veces hasta más tarde, tiene su negocio 7 años con el cual saca adelante a su familia.
Este crédito lo va a emplear en surtir mas su tienda, va a comprar arroz, azúcar, aceite, detergentes, entre otros productos. Es fundadora del Banco Comunal hace más de 15 años y le gusta por la ayuda que le brinda la institución. Sus sueños son darles lo mejor a sus hijos.
