Dame A. Marie-Anne est née le 04 avril 1955 à Dassa Zounmè. Elle est mariée et mère de quatre enfants dont trois sont à sa charge. Installée à Akpakpa depuis une dizaine d'année, elle s'est très tôt prise en charge à travers une activité génératrice de revenus. Elle achète des pâtes alimentaires au Nigeria un pays voisin au Bénin, qu'elle vient revendre aux grossistes du marché Dantokpa de Cotonou. Elle a gagné au fil des années la confiance de beaucoup de clients qui ne s'approvisionnent que chez elle. Elle vient solliciter ce prêt pour dynamiser son commerce.
