El señor Juan tiene 28 años, está casado y tiene tres hijos, su actividad principal es el transporte de carga, viaja al trópico de Cochabamba y a todo el país, cuenta con una experiencia de 8 años, pero como los ingresos que obtiene no le alcanzan para cubrir todos sus gastos, los fines de semana fabrica lavanderías de cemento, mientras que su esposa se dedica a la ganadería. Desde muy joven tuvo que dedicarse a trabajar para salir adelante y se compro un lote para contruir su casa. Con el objetivo de otorgar mayores beneficios a su familia, solicita un crédito para terminar la construcción del segundo piso de su vivienda, ya que la obra no se termino por que no tenia dinero suficiente, de esta forma lograra proporcionarle a su familia mayor comodidad y bienestar.
