The "Renacer" [Rebirth] Village Bank will start its second cycle with Pro Mujer, as part of the Focal Center of Copacabana. It is made of up eight members and is directed by a board where Sonia is the president. The business that the members of the communal bank have is the sale of milk, which they sell to distribution businesses.

The loan that they will take out will benefit the small microenterprise owners where Sonia is a member. She says that one year ago Pro Mujer became involved, beginning by invitation of a promoter of the institution that went to visit her in her house. Currently, she has a business selling milk; she notes that she started this business by her own initiative upon observing the business opportunity of purchasing a cow, with which she started her business.

The loan that she will now take out is for the increase of capital (purchase of fodder) that she will acquire from the communities of the department of La Paz. After the raising of her animals, she will sell. This form of work allows her to generate resources to support her family, since she lives in a free union and has three children.

When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, she responds that she likes the savings that the institution offers.

La A.C. “RENACER” iniciará el segundo ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Copacabana, está compuesta por ocho integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Sonia es la Presidenta. El negocio que tienen las integrantes de la asociación comunal es la venta de leche, misma que entregan a las empresas distribuidoras.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Sonia es integrante, ella indica que hace un año que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por la invitación de una promotora de la institución que fue a visitarle a su casa. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de leche; da a conocer que este negocio lo emprendió por iniciativa propia al observar la oportunidad de negocio compro una vaca, con la cual empezó su negocio.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de forraje) que adquirirá de las comunidades del departamento de La Paz y posteriormente a la crianza de sus animales lo comercializará. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar a su familia, ya que ella vive en unión libre y tiene tres hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta los ahorros que ofrece la institución.
