Mercedes una joven ecuatoriana emprendedora tiene 22 años nació en la ciudad de Latacunga en la parroquia La Matriz perteneciente a la República del Ecuador, es soltera vive en casa propia con sus hermanas, está estudiando en la universidad y para solventar sus gastos tiene un pequeño negocio de que consiste en la elaboración de empanadas, yogurt, y leche de soya, este negocio lo aprendió de su madre quien por muchos años se dedicó a esta actividad.
Hoy necesita que se le ayude con un crédito que lo invertirá en la compra de una cocina y un horno industrial esto servirá para minimizar tiempo y esfuerzo en la elaboración de su producto, Mercedes se dedica de 4 a 5 horas diarias a la producción de las empanadas y demás.
