Ny is 50 years old. She is married and resides with seven children in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia. To make a living, her husband collects palm juice to sell. He makes an income of $7 per day. Five of her children are employed in a garment factory. They make an income of $20 daily.
Due to lack of funds, Ny is requesting a loan of $1,200 to pay for her son’s wedding expenses. In the future, she would like to build a fence around her house and help her children earn a higher education.
