У Шахло - высшее образование, она работает преподавателем кыргызского языка в местной школе, в качестве дополнительного дохода для своей семьи Шахло занимается животноводством, стартовав 5 лет назад, с покупки скота на 20,000 сом KGS. Благодаря упорному труду Шахло, в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется: 4 дойные коровы, 26 овец. Ежемесячный доход составляет 5,000 сом (KGS).
