A rural villager from the Damabe district, Vanny is 40 years old and married. She has five children. She is a farmer who grows cassava and supplements the income by selling grocery items. Having been in this business for almost twenty years, she currently can earn about 55,000 KHR per day.
This is a microloan for Vanny with VisionFund and she is in her sixth microloan with VisionFund. Now she is applying for a loan to buy more grocery items to resell and use a portion of it to spend on her farming business. She hopes to make more income from her business so as to improve her standard of living.
