Born on August 16, 1994 in Falan, Yaya lives in a nuclear family in the rural commune of Ouelessebougou. He is on his first individual loan which will be destined for setting up a stock of cosmetic products. He stocks up in Bamako and expects to get a substantial quantity of cosmetic products with this loan: lotions, pomades, creams, soaps and polishes. He makes his sales at retail for cash and often for credit to a clientele made up largely of women. He hopes to make an average monthly profit of 160,000 f CFA which will serve to repay the loan and invest in his business.
