Sulukhan is 48 years old, widowed, and raised two children on her own. The elder son works in the capital, and the younger resides with Sulukhan and helps around the homestead. Sulukhan has a specialized secondary education. She completed medical school, with a specialization as a nurse. After graduation through 2009, she worked in a local hospital. Since 2009, she has been working in the village council.

As a source of additional income for her family, Sulukhan raises livestock, having begun 14 years ago with a livestock purchase of 17,000 som KGS. Thanks to her hard work, Sulukhan currently has on her homestead: two dairy cows and 20 sheep.Sulukhan is very hardworking, enterprising and determined and additionally she mainly sews curts on order at night in her home. Monthly cumulative income amounts to 10,000 som (KGS).

With the aim of further developing her homestead, Sulukhan turned to the microfinance bank Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan - to buy steers to increase her livestock count.

Sulukhan plans to invest income from the loan to further propagate the quantity of domestic animals, and to save money for home repairs.

Сулухан 48 лет, вдова одна воспитала 2 детей, старший сын работает в столице, младший сын проживает с Сулухан и помогает по хозяйству. У Сулухан - средне-специальное образование, она окончила медицинское училище, по специальности - медсестра. После окончания училища до 2009 года работала в местной больнице. С 2009 года работает в сельской управе. В качестве дополнительного дохода для своей семьи Сулухан занимается животноводством, стартовав 14 лет назад, с покупки скота на 17,000 сом KGS. Благодаря упорному труду Сулухан, в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется: 2 дойные коровы, 20 овец. Сулухан очень трудолюбивая, предприимчивая и целеустремленная дополнительно в основном в вечернее время шьет шторы на заказ у себя дома. Ежемесячный совокупный доход составляет 10,000 сом (KGS). В целях дальнейшего развития своего хозяйства, Сулухан обратилась в Микрофинансовый банк «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом - на покупку бычков для увеличения поголовья скота. Доходы от кредита Сулухан планирует вложить в дальнейшее приумножение количества домашней скотины, и планирует накопить средства на ремонт дома.
