She works selling staple items in her neighborhood store. It is located in her house, which is in the Primavera area of the city of La Paz. This loan is her first cycle in the institution. Miriam is going to use this loan to buy merchandise to stock her business. Her reason for asking for this loan is that she needs to stock her business, since Christmas time is coming. She wants to buy panettones, as well. Miriam faces challenges in her business, such as competition, because there are a lot of neighborhood stores. She is going to use the profits to keep buying merchandise and thus increase her capital and be able to have a larger store, which is one of the things she wants. She feels happy and grateful for this opportunity that is being offered to her and the other members of the group, since in many cases they are getting their families ahead alone.

El Banco de Emprendimiento LA COOPERATIVA está compuesto por diez integrantes de los cuales ocho son mujeres y dos varones, que se dedican a distintas actividades, la presidenta del banco es la señora Miriam, ella se dedica a la venta de artículos de primera necesidad en su tienda de barrio que se encuentran ubicado en su mismo domicilio que es en la zona de Primavera de la ciudad de La paz, este préstamo es su primera secuencia dentro de la institución, la señora Miriam va a usar este préstamo para a la compra de mercadería para surtir su negocio, su razón para solicitar este préstamo es necesidad de surtir su tienda ya que se acerca la época de Navidad y desea comprar también panetones, la señora Miriam enfrenta retos en su negocio que son la competencia ya que en la zona hay muchas tiendas de barrio, ella va a utilizar los beneficios para seguir comprando mercadería y así incrementar su capital y poder tener un almacén ya que este es uno deseos, se siente feliz y agradecida por esta oportunidad que le brindan a ella ya sus compañeras de grupo ya que en muchas casos sacan solas a su familia adelante.
