Emma is an experienced farmer from Aygevan village in the Ararat region. She lives with her husband. Emma works at the village local school as a teacher. Unfortunately, the teachers’ salary is very low, and it is impossible to afford a living based on that salary.
To be able to meet her family’s needs, Emma, with the help of her husband, is extensively engaged in agribusiness. They breed livestock including sheep, a pig, piglets, hens, and turkeys. They also cultivate peaches, apples, and grapes. Emma’s husband sells the agricultural products in the local market, which is an important source of income for them.
Emma wants to expand her agribusiness a little bit to be able to effectively meet the growing needs of her family. A loan of 3,000 USD will help her greatly and will enable her to purchase a pig, two calves, and some forage for the livestock. Emma and her husband rely strongly on the goodwill of the lenders and are thankful to them for their help in supporting the necessary loan amount.
