Edy se dedica a la venta de refrescos, comidas y golosinas como churros, dulces, galletas, agua etc., este negocio lo tiene desde hace 3 años en su casa donde también le ayuda su esposa. Anteriormente trabajo como operario en una maquila. Con el préstamo que solicita es el sexto ciclo con la institución y los a invertido en su negocio. Actualmente solicita 10,000 Lempiras para comprar insumos para elaborar comidas, refrescos, churros, dulces, galletas y otros. Su objetivo es incrementar sus ventas y sus ingresos económicos. El tiene como meta, darles una buena educación a sus hijos y apoyarlos en todo lo que pueda.
