Ella forma parte del grupo "Las Triunfadoras de Ayabaca" formado por seis socias, las cuales se reunieron para formar éste grupo para poder conjuntamente cumplir sus metas de crecimiento en sus respectivos negocios.
Elsa Ines,tiene un poco mas de un año dedicándose a la compra y venta de prendas de vestir, inició solo ofreciendo ropa para niños, actualmente debido al requerimiento de sus mismos clientes aumentó la venta de prendas de vestir para damas y caballeros.
El préstamo recibido lo invertirá en la compra de ropa de vestir para adultos, para poder cumplir con pedidos de sus clientes.
