Mirvat
Mirvat is a 47-year-old married mother of two children. She has been working as a tailor from her house for the past sixteen years. Mirvat is a hard worker who is putting much effort towards supporting her beloved family. She is running her business from her house to make sure that she can respond to both family and business needs at the same time. Also, she wasn't financially capable of establishing the business outside her house when she started it.

Mirvat is requesting a loan from Kiva partner Al Majmoua, to increase her business merchandise with special threads and textiles, to respond (as much as she can) to the increasing customer requests for the upcoming Christmas celebrations. She hopes that in the future she can open a factory where, in addition to tailoring clothes, she can develop the curtains sector. She is already doing some of this but needs more updated machines to develop this properly.
