Anahit is from Gandzaqar village in the Tavush region of Armenia. She lives with her husband and three school-age children – a daughter and two sons. Anahit works as a cleaner. Her salary, however, is so low that it is impossible to afford a living based on that salary. To be able to meet the needs of her family, Anahit is engaged in cattle breeding, aviculture, breeding pigs, and cultivating corn, potatoes, grass, and several fruits (cherries, plums, quinces, blood oranges, apples, pears, and walnuts). With the help of her husband, she sells the agricultural products in the local market, which is the main source of the family's income. In order to be able to meet the growing needs of her family, Anahit wants to expand her agribusiness a little bit. She needs a loan of 1000 USD to purchase three heifers. Anahit and her family rely on the goodwill of the lenders and will appreciate their support in collecting the needed loan to sustain their agribusiness.
