Nazik, a farmer from Goris city in the Syuniq region, lives with her husband and three school-age children (two daughters – 15 and 12 years old, and 9-year-old son). Nazik's husband works in the private sector in transportation service. He is the main breadwinner of the family. His salary, however, is not enough to meet the family's needs.
To help her husband in earning a living for the family, Nazik is engaged in cattle breeding, sheep breeding, and beekeeping. With the help of her husband she sells her products in the local market, the main source of family's income.
To continue running her agribusiness in a sustainable way, Nazik needs to make some investments and so has requested a loan of USD 3000 to renovate the agricultural machinery and purchase 20 new beehives. Nazik and her family rely on the goodwill of the lenders and will highly appreciate their support in this matter.
