Rita is a 48-year-old single lady who has been working as a beauty expert, specializing in makeup and nail care for ten years. She is a hard worker who provides beauty services to customers in their own homes. She hasn't established her own beauty salon because of a lack of cash, although almost all of her customers prefer to have this kind of service at home because they feel pampered.

Rita is applying for a loan from Kiva partner, Al Majmoua, to increase her business merchandise with special Christmas and New Year's newly released cosmetics and accessories that will attract customers' attention and increase her income.

She hopes that in the future she might be capable of establishing her own beauty salon and diversifying her products, in addition to increasing the services she provides to make sure that her customers are happy and satisfied.
